2020 is different from the others so far for us, both in our daily lives and for business. Many sites and online stores stopped their advertising on the Internet or reduced their budgets, while others, on the contrary, increased them and made the most of the situation. With this Case Study, we want to introduce you to an online clothing store that is of the second type. Gang.bg is one of the TOP 100 largest online fashion brands in Bulgaria. Their brand is well-known, thanks to 25 years of constant development and 14 physical stores throughout the country. Every week, the physical stores and the online store have a new replenishment, which satisfies the unceasing desire for new fashion finds of their users.

How did we start working together?
GANG came to us even before the pandemic started with the desire to rcs data netherlands develop their online sales. Their real goal was to increase their online sales by 30% and for this percentage to be sustainable. At the beginning of the pandemic, we started our joint partnership in 3 areas: consultations for comprehensive online development , Google ads management and search engine optimization (SEO) of the online store. We have been working together for half a year now, successfully achieving and exceeding the double set goals.

Before our launch on Facebook, the client was using marketing funnels that were yielding results, but they wanted more. A brand campaign was launched in Google Ads on the search network. Since there is a high search for the GANG brand, the budget for the day in the account was being used up. The client also used other methods such as email campaigns, but had not worked in the direction of optimizing the site for Google. Thanks to the brand, the site had positions for more important keywords, but as you know, it can always be more.
