Depending on what you do, you should definitely consider a page that explains more about your business activity - be it offering services or products.

Services
If you want to create a page that presents your services in a good light, it’s important to start with a summary of what you offer. A summary of the services featured, service sections with brief explanations, and adding a link to a landing page where readers can learn more about a specific service are all part of the services page you should have.

Products
If you don’t offer services but have an innovative product that you want to introduce to potential customers, a product page with a brief description and benefits of the product would do a great job. It usually contains a brief description of the product, links to product pages that contain more information, what the customer can expect part time data when purchasing this product, and why customers should buy from you and not your competition. If you sell several products and have extensive information about each of them, you can divide them into categories and add a link to their product pages.

Contact page
A contact page shows your potential customers all the ways they can contact you. Most often, it contains your email address, phone number, sometimes an address, and even your business hours. Some companies prefer to use a contact form instead of providing an email address to prevent spam. You can also add links to all of your social media accounts.

Blog page
If you own a small business and want to grow your online presence, a blog remains one of the most effective pages to focus on. The truth is, it’s never a single page. Instead, a blog is a collection of all your posts and is an important subsection of your website. It gives your company a voice, creating a place where you can tell your story, share your expertise, and engage your customers.

The blog page displays all of your posts and provides easy access to your most recent articles, and can be customized to display keywords, special categories and tags, or other user-friendly links.

404 error page
The so-called “404 error” or “Page not found” page is the page your visitors are directed to when the web page they are trying to access no longer exists, has moved, or has expired. It includes a customized message that clearly tells the user that the link they are trying to access cannot be found. It can be added with easy access to the main (home) page, as well as a search box, for the convenience of the user.

This type of page is a must-have for any website that uses any method of collecting user personal information. It is even essential for those who only use Google Analytics to better understand what is happening on their site.

A privacy policy page informs the site visitor how the collected personal information and data (e.g. advertising, cookies, emails, etc.) will be used and whether or not it will be shared with third parties.

FAQ page
No matter how much information you provide on your services and company summary pages, people will always need more before they make a decision about whether to trust you. A frequently asked questions (FAQ) page can help with this task. It is your place to answer the most common questions that your customers ask. It also saves you time by eliminating the need to answer the same questions on an individual basis.

The questions you are most frequently asked should be on this page. Your answers should have a clear call to action to convince a potential customer to take the next step and buy what you are selling. Such questions also remove any doubts the customer may have so that they feel confident enough to make a purchase from you.
