Change, transformation, transformation – why do we hear these buzzwords again and again lately?
It is no longer news that our world is in a constant state of change, which is at least subjectively accelerating. Nevertheless, the topic is still neglected in many companies. On the one hand, companies are exposed to short-lived processes, constant market changes and many influencing factors that mean that people have to adapt again and again. On the other hand, many people are not supported in these changes and if they are, it is often not in an effective way.

An example: In the IT world, every new sprint brings a change to the software, which sometimes has a direct impact on users. However, this change is either only announced in a short email or a lot of effort is put into creating large e-learning courses that can be out of date just a few sprints later. And all of this in addition to day-to-day business.

“Change collapse” or “change fatigue” – what’s behind it?
Every change process always requires a certain amount of effort - no matter how big the change will be. We are no longer in just one change project or one change process. Companies must constantly develop and adapt in order to remain competitive and survive on the market. Anyone who thinks: "We'll just do a transformation project and that'll be it" is wrong and is not acting in keeping with the times.
