One might easily ask what CRM software does better than a spreadsheet? But spreadsheets are only good if you have about 30-50 contacts, publish them, and they're ready for fans. A spreadsheet provides very little of what a CRM does; they're harder to use.

Think of it as –

Option 1: Spreadsheets: can store contact bahamas phone number list information.

Option 2: CRM: Stores contact information + tracks active and resolved service issues + identifies leads for new promotions and converts them into actual sales + manages the entire marketing campaign.

At the most basic level, if you hear two members of your team screaming,

“I didn’t receive it; send it to me again.”

“I quoted $xxx for Marry; why did you quote $yyy?”

"I have already mentioned the features of Marry (to the customer), why did you call her again for the same?"

Something's wrong- No enhanced access.

If you reach 500 new customers, how will you track those who responded and remember to follow up with each one? If you get lost in that pile of data, something is wrong- There is no automation.
