Create and book meeting rooms in Bitrix24 . If you select a specific meeting room and the number of participants exceeds the meeting room capacity, you will receive a notification. Configure meeting room access permissions: add users who can view, book, edit and configure existing meeting rooms.

Add categories to the list of meeting rooms. For example, if you have saudi arabia mobile number list offices in different cities, you can group meeting rooms for each city.

In the menu, select Add category .

Give it a category name and add the meeting rooms you want. Click Save .

NOTE: Each meeting room can only be added to 1 category. If you add a meeting room that is already in another category, it will be moved to the last category.

To change the category, click the … menu button and select Edit .

If necessary, you can delete the category. In this case, all meeting rooms will be moved to the general list, outside of the categories.
