1: Define web graphic design objectives
This first step is often overlooked or omitted, but it is essential that, before designing, the results, objectives and expectations that are expected to be achieved on the website are defined together with the client.

2: Content
At this point we have to take into account 4 questions that will help optimize the content: What? How? Where? Why?

3: Wireframes
Once the objectives and content have been defined, it is time to turn on the commercial real estate email list computer and create a visual skeleton of what the website could be. This gives us an idea of how the site will be structured; hierarchies and navigation scheme without getting into the design (colors, fonts, images, etc.). At this point, it is important to review it with the client because a lot of work will be optimized and it will be defined more quickly.

4: Layout:
Grow with us!
Once we have the skeleton defined and approved, it is time to dress it up and give it a visual aesthetic. At this point in the process is where our creativity and common sense will have to come out. For this we have to take into account several aspects:

Colors
Always consider the client's corporate colors, but be careful not to overuse them. I recommend that you try to balance them, for that, I suggest you try the online tool Adobe Color CC (www.color.adobe.com). You will find attractive mixes to combine the colors.

Fonts
I recommend that you always have 2 different types of text: titles and body text. Don't forget to look for legible, harmonious and dynamic fonts. For that, I recommend Google fonts (www.fonts.google.com), it will be very useful.

Graphic icons
It is important to have graphic icons to emphasize points that you want to highlight or that are important so that the user can identify them more quickly and above all to give dynamism to the website. It is always good to have inspiration to be able to design this type of graphics, so I recommend a graphic reference page; Dribbble (www.dribbble.com).

Images:
When looking for image options, I recommend paying for them, as you will have options to use them however you want, allowing for more freedom. There are many online image purchasing companies.

Once the entire website has been designed and the client has approved it, the programming begins. To do this, you need to have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP. From this point, you can have 2 options to follow:

Work hand in hand with a web programmer to layout the entire website in HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP code.
If you have web programming knowledge, continue with the process until the end.
Conclusions
Despite the boom in platforms for creating websites such as WordPress, Prestashop, Magento, etc., we must not forget that web graphic design remains a very important aspect. The visual image must make a positive impression and, above all, manage to capture the user's attention in a short time.
