It all started in 2019 in the beautiful city of Barcelona. Four years later, Serviceform’s web conversion tools have outperformed competitors and imitators alike, and have even led national markets such as real estate in Finland. But not so in Spain.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 forced Serviceform to leave Barcelona behind on its journey to the top.

With the arrival of COVID-19 in March 2020, Serviceform was forced to close its office in Barcelona, ​​Spain. Two years later, Serviceform is making a grand return to Barcelona. “It was like one minute we were all working together in the office and suddenly we were asked to shut everything down and work from home,” reflects Serviceform CEO Iranthi Gomes. She continues: “When COVID hit, the mindset of almost every company was: let’s take a step back, cut costs and not do anything new. We realised we had to pause for a while because we didn’t know what to expect.”

Iranthi and her partner, Jarkko Oksanen, created Serviceform in 2018 to help the non-tech-savvy business community. While their goals were rooted in putting the “customer” back in “customer service,” Serviceform’s unique take on simplified technology allowed them to achieve an even bigger goal: removing the fear associated with technology.
