Data IQ ranks 26th in the Best Opening Employers ranking

Data IQ ranked 26th in the ranking of Apertura magazine, which conducted an analysis of the leading companies in talent management and anti-crisis strategies in the face of the pandemic.
The Best Employers ranking developed by Apertura magazine ranks leading companies with fewer than 200 employees that have generated innovative and efficient strategies to keep their operations running without neglecting employee benefits.
The ranking was drawn up from a questionnaire of 70 questions that were answered by the Human Resources directors of the most important companies in the country. The survey was structured around 5 themes: Professional Career, Remuneration, Work Environment, Hours and Conditions, Training.
A section was also included on the measures taken by companies to respond to the pandemic. Separate questions were also asked to the oldest and newest employees on the staff.
