The future of martech isn’t just about bots or agents communicating with users. More importantly, they’ll start communicating with each other, and from bot to bot.



Over the past few years, bots and intelligent agents have been used in new marketing channels.

This includes voice-based intelligent agents, like Google Home’s Assistant or Amazon’s Alexa, as well as chatbots that interact and converse via text. Marketers are starting to plan their conversational logic and strategies.

Now, another channel (or perhaps it should be considered a sub-channel) is about to emerge. It features a bot or agent that communicates with another bot or agent instead of searching the web, knowledge base, or profile when fulfilling a common user need. Maybe
