Quick Answers
The quick reply feature in WhatsApp Business saves time, especially if you are often asked the same questions. To add the desired answer to the chat, type the symbol "/" in the chat. You will see the quick reply options and select the desired one.
Click on the three dots icon – Business Tools – Quick Answers.
Click the plus icon. Add the text of the answer and an abbreviation for it. If necessary, attach attachments or insert emojis. Optionally, you can specify up to three keywords to make it easier to find abbreviations. Save the result.
