We already have a CRM, it's probably not Microsoft Dynamics, but we can't do anything because the product is too broad. After further discussions with us, we decided to focus on the audience and agreed to target facility managers at large companies. The customer has multiple sites and a solution for these job functions was developed specifically for one of them to eliminate complexity, reduce risk and increase productivity. Identifying a list of these object managers is not an easy task, but it takes some data.
