Post by Maksudasm »

Very often, when people hear the term "internal communications", they imagine a multi-level organization with hundreds of employees. In fact, a special department is formed only in large companies where the number of employees is more than twenty people. In companies with a large staff, not all employees know each other and can communicate directly.

It is advisable to build internal communications even in small enterprises and startups with 3-4 employees. A single information space allows for the exchange of necessary information and increases work efficiency. In the course of its activities, a company can use all types of internal communications discussed below.

Offline and online

Informal communications – the exchange of information or ideas between employees without using official communication channels, for example: conversations during a coffee break or lunch break, discussion of work issues after work, including on social networks, joint celebration of significant dates, awarding of team members, team building, etc.
