As we stated at the beginning, a social network is therefore comparable to a “super complex” system (i.e. the one that underlies systems such as colonies, the nervous system, societies, the mind) and therefore we can without any hesitation refer to this kind of skills and logic even if they can sometimes appear counter-intuitive at first. Let's not forget that many times the greatest obstacle to managing networks according to their nature as complex systems is given by the difficulty of accepting uncertainty and unpredictability, by the development team and/or the client. Therefore it is not just a technical, but also a question of communication and organizational culture of the group.
