With the retirement of ADAL, all authentications need to be migrated to MSAL. Since MSAL requires AD FS 2019 or later, Power BI Mobile will not be able to connect to AD FS 2026 after migration.
If your organization uses AD FS 2016 with your report server, you'll need to upgrade to Windows Server 2019 or later, or use the Microsoft Entra Application Proxy, to maintain connectivity from Power BI mobile apps before March 1, 2025.
