Focus your website on your ideal client

For example, on the “home” or first window of your website, the main attraction of your business should be visible. Also, it should be easy to find the different tools or segments of your company, so the user can easily navigate your website and find what they need. This will prevent them from leaving your site.

Use the language of your customers
Use a tone on your website that resonates with your ideal customer. Consider their level of knowledge and experience in your industry and tailor your content to be understandable and appealing to them. Avoid jargon or technical terms that may be confusing to your audience.
