Reshuffle of 8 district judges

The government has reshuffled the posts of district judges and eight judges of equivalent rank. The Law and Justice Division of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs issued an order in this regard on Sunday.

The order also mentioned that these Judicial Service officers were transferred in consultation with the Supreme Court.

In the order, Rangamati District Judge Mohammad Kausar has been appointed as the Joint Officer (District Judge) of the Law and Justice Department, Gopalganj District Judge Md. Dalil Uddin has been appointed as c level contact list the Rangamati District Judge, and Natore District Judge Md. Rezaul Karim has been appointed as the Judge (District Judge) of the Sylhet Speedy Trial Tribunal.

Sylhet Speedy Trial Tribunal Judge (District Judge) Md. Maqbul Ahsan has become the District Judge of Natore, Justice Administration Training Institute Director (Research and Publication) Md. Hasanul Islam has become the District Judge of Brahmanbaria Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-3 (District Judge), Brahmanbaria Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-3 (District Judge) SM Ziaur Rahman has become the Director (Research and Publication) of Justice Administration Training Institute.

Khulna Public Safety Crime Prevention Tribunal Judge (District Judge) TM Musa has been transferred to Jessore Women and Child Abuse Prevention Tribunal-1 and Jessore Women and Child Abuse Prevention Tribunal-1 Judge Amit Kumar Dey has been transferred to Gopalganj District Judge.

In addition, Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Additional District Judge) Md. Saifuzzaman Hero has been promoted to the post of District Judge. After the promotion, he has been appointed as a judge of the Khulna Public Safety Crimes Prevention Tribunal.
