In the Settings menu, scroll down and click on Advanced.
Find the Export Option: Within the Advanced settings, scroll down to the bottom, and you will find the Export Telegram Data button. Click on it.
Configure Your Export: A new window titled "Export Your Data" will appear, offering various options to customize your export:
What to Export: You can select which data types you want to include in the export, such as:
Account Info: Your profile details, contacts, etc.
Private Chats: Messages from your one-on-one conversations.
Groups: Messages from the groups you are a member of.
Channels: Posts from the channels you are subscribed to.
Other Data: Call history, voice messages, video messages, stickers, GIFs, and files.
Media Export Settings: Pay close attention to the Media export settings. The Size limit slider defaults to 8MB. If you want to include larger media files (like high-resolution videos), drag this slider to the right to increase the limit, up to a maximum of 4GB. If you have more than 4GB of media, consider exporting individual chats.

JSON (Machine-readable): This format is more suitable for data analysis and processing by other applications. It stores the data in a structured text format.
Download Path: Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the exported data.

Wait for Completion: The export process may take some time depending on the size of your data. A window will appear indicating the progress.
Access Your Exported Data: Once the export is complete, a notification will appear. Click Show my data to open the folder where your exported Telegram history is saved. If you chose the HTML format, double-click the export_results.html file to view your data in your web browser.
