Marketing plan

It is the compensation plan (marketing plan or bonus plan) that clearly defines how all efforts and achievements of MLM project distributors will be rewarded. There are several main types of marketing plans:

classic level - partners receive income from their own sales, as well as from the sales of participants they attract;

classic step-by-step - upon reaching certain sales or recruiting goals, participants linkedin data move to higher levels of the network structure where they receive higher commissions;

binary - partners form two branches in their network (left and right). Rewards are based on sales in the weaker branch, which incentivizes the team to maintain balance in both branches;

matrix - has limitations on the number of direct partners and the depth of the team (e.g. 3x7 matrix). When the lower levels are filled, new referrals are placed in the next available spots in the matrix, often underneath other members.

The choice of the type of marketing plan depends on the goals of your company and the features of the product. Such a plan should be both economically beneficial for the business and attractive to distributors. Transparent conditions for receiving income and fair bonuses ensure the preservation of the trust of your partners and increase their productivity.
