Legality of network companies in Kazakhstan

Post by mehadihasan123456 »

The network marketing industry in Kazakhstan is absolutely legal and protected by law. Each distributor can officially register as an entrepreneur and engage in “Retail trade through network marketing” (subclass 47.99.2. in the general classifier of types of economic activity (GK-RK 03-2007)).

Also, in 2005, the “Rules of Retail Trade Outside of Trading Places by Network Marketing” were approved, which clearly define what a network business is. According to these rules, MLM is a type of retail trade twitter data outside of trading places, in which independent sellers operate, distributing goods independently or by attracting other agents; their earnings consist of income from personal sales and commissions from sales of other agents involved in the network.

Also, within the framework of this country, the Direct Selling Association of Kazakhstan (DSA) operates. At one time, the cosmetic companies Avon, Mary Kay, Faberlic and Oriflame, which directly compete with each other, decided to unite and create the DSA with one global goal - to revive the reputation of network marketing and protect the rights of their sellers. Membership of the DSA guarantees that the company operates according to the highest requirements in the field of product quality. Along with this, network companies are controlled by the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations.
