The Healthy Company Awards, organised by ORH-Human Resources Observatory with technical advice from Psya, aim to recognise the work of companies that develop their policies for managing people's wellbeing, with full integration into the strategic plan. Healthier companies, more productive companies, more sustainable companies is the motto that inspires these awards.

In this 2017 edition they had the sponsorship of Aon and Gympass and also the support of a wide range of collaborating institutions such as the Association of Human Resources Management Center, Aenor, PRL Innovation, Camilo José Cela University, INSHT, IRSST, the Más Humano Foundation, the Flexible Company Awards and CVA.

Social project
Cities that Shine The goal is for all the workers from the different participating organizations to travel the distance between the Earth and the Moon (384,000 kilometers) using a platform (mobile APP) created ad hoc for this purpose: “Run to the Moon.”

Walking, running, cycling, skating... The final objective will be realized in a donation of between 500 and 2000 euros that each company will make according to the effort of the members of the different organizations.

Introducing the winners
After the awards, two round tables were held with the aim of presenting the strategies that the winning companies have followed, how they solve problems and what they have planned for the future.



Mapfre presented a Holistic Model of Comprehensive Health in which the center is the person and 4 spheres around it: health promotion, work environment, physical activity and nutrition, mental well-being, and personal environment. IV Healthy Company Awards

This event, which each year exceeds the number of participants, demonstrates the commitment of companies from all over Spain to implement activities and projects on a daily basis to improve the situation of their employees.
