Data transmission speeds have increased exponentially with each generation, from 2G, which could only transmit at a slow 64 kbps, to 5G, which can transmit at a blazing-fast 20 Gbps.

2G allowed us to send data easily, send SMS, and use the internet in a basic way.

3G also helps us to use the internet on our iceland mobile database phones much better.

4G is even faster, allowing us to stream high-quality videos and use apps in real time.

As for 5G, it's super fast. It paves the way for IoT and AR. It's awesome.

3G: Better Internet access
With each generation of mobile networks, data transmission speeds have increased dramatically. From 2G, which could only transmit at a slow 64 kbps, to 5G, which can transmit at a blazing speed of 20 Gbps.

This exponential speed increase has changed the way we use the internet on mobile.

3G gave us access to mobile broadband, while 4G became even faster.

5G is blazing fast, allowing us to stream in real time, use cloud computing , and support advanced IoT applications.

4G: High-speed mobile internet
When we compare the data transmission speeds of each mobile network generation, we can see that it has increased dramatically. From 2G, which could only transmit at a slow 64 kbps, to 5G, which can transmit at a super-fast speed of up to 20 Gbps. This leap in speed allows us to use the internet on mobile phones in new ways. Let's take a look at the comparison table:
