One of the most exciting additions to our server management portfolio is CloudIQ , a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that brings together machine learning and human intelligence to gain 24x7 insights that can save you significant time and money. Our storage customers already have faster insights, saying they can resolve issues three times faster with CloudIQ than with other tools. Given the strategic importance of CloudIQ to our vision of autonomous infrastructure, we’re expanding it to support the entire Dell portfolio, and I’m excited to share that we’ll be bringing CloudIQ to the PowerEdge portfolio later this year.
Autonomous computing helps IT departments respond quickly to support new business opportunities, even when budgets and staffing levels are flat or shrinking. Using advanced automation to achieve rapid enablement can even reduce IT budget costs.
