Education is so important to me. It's changed my life.

The problem is misunderstanding the technology and not understanding its capabilities and the risks. I think that's the biggest risk. In terms of specific contexts I think how our democracy interacts with these technologies is really important. We talked a lot about this today and I do think there's a lot of risk around persuasion and specifically being able to strongly persuade people to do specific things that you can control people to do specific things and I think that's very scary. Control society to develop in a certain direction. One thing I'm very excited about in terms of hope is the ability to provide high-quality and free education anywhere.



In some remote village really in the israel phone numbers middle of nowhere. so many tools available to us if we had electricity and the internet. A lot of these tools are available. But still most people are in a classroom with one teacher and one student and everyone learns the same thing. Imagine if education could be customized to your way of thinking, cultural norms, and specific interests. This would greatly expand the level of knowledge and creativity.



If we can really master this at a very young age and learn how to learn, I think it's very powerful and will advance human knowledge and therefore civilization as a whole. Audience: There's obviously a question about Google taking every post that's been published and telling people to put glue on pizza so it sticks together. That's obviously a problem that needs to be addressed. But if you're not the New York Times you can't hire a lawyer to sue. Is there a way to opt out of having your online data scraped by companies and used for training? Yes.
