First, think about the recipient
Who do you offer the information to?
Is this your client?
Your boss?
The person you are reporting to most likely values their time, so brevity is your main goal.
Choose carefully the metrics you are going to offer so as not to overwhelm.
You don't need to include all of them listed here, just pick the ones that are most important to your strategy!
There is no standard report that fits all cases.
Depending on the services you provide or the actions included in your strategy, you will need to include some metrics or others.
However, there are two sections that you must include without fail.
1.- Start with a good summary that highlights the main data , the most important things of the month, so that it is possible to get a general idea of how things have gone in the last month at a glance.
You will have time to expand the information in the following sections!
2.- Continue with a brief summary of the strategy being followed in general terms and the main actions and events of the month.
And do it in a way that is accessible to the recipient of the report.
For example:
This month's strategy has consisted of working on the website's SEO positioning. We have carried out campaigns to attract subscribers to the blog and worked to grow the community on Twitter and Facebook and to improve their response. The campaign we have carried out on Facebook has been very noticeable, because the number of fans on the page has increased and we have achieved more sales on that channel.
If you can get the recipient of your marketing report to understand these sections, the rest is a piece of cake!

How to Create a Monthly Marketing Report from Scratch with SEMrush?
Log in to SEMrush and click My Reports > Create Custom PDF Report.
You will be taken to a blank editor where you can configure your template.
I recommend you take a look at this tutorial on creating marketing reports with SEMrush templates to familiarize yourself with the tool.
Broadly speaking: on the left are the modules that you will include in the report, dragging and dropping them onto the blank editor.
Above are the metrics modules.
There are a lot of them, more than 200, but don't worry!
We will see in detail which ones you should include to show the most relevant information and email in french only that.
Below the metrics modules, there are the blank modules: header, text, columns, page break...
They will help you structure the report and make it much more user-friendly.
I recommend that you include a header module at the beginning of each section to give it a title.
Where appropriate, also include a text module to add your explanation.
