Static sales, this is what people always complain about. "I've done all sorts of things, it's still static." Some people say, "I've done this marketing, this marketing, this follow-up, this follow-up, it's still static, sir."

Okay, this is it…

Before taking any action, we need to do sales analytics, which is an analysis of our sales data. Without analysis, how can we know the right 'remedy' or optimization to increase sales.

1# DATA! Traffic data, views, leads, buyers, product units sold, transactions, that's the basic thing to know. No data, no optimization!

2# PLATFORM & SALES CHANNEL. Where do the sales qatar phone data sources come from? Socmed? E-commerce? Sales team? Marketplace? Offline COD? Kiosk? Each platform can have different analysis.

3# ANALYSIS. Once you have data, you can analyze it.

Just so you know, the ability of conversion rate, closing rate, ROI & ROAS, % sales distribution, cost per buyer, cost per acquisition of a buyer and various others.

4# FINDING. This is from the analysis we got. is it ok or not ok..

We need to check the data and compare it with the sales metrics we have set! From there, we will find a finding.. Maybe our conversion is bad.. maybe the cost per lead is expensive.. maybe the closing is average, not maximum.
