Ok, this time we will build metrics or measurements, which will be used to evaluate the performance of our action plan.

This includes setting targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for every action we take.

We will also analyze sales data to ensure we are on the right track to achieve our targets.

For example, let's say we sell health drinks.

We have set a target to sell 1000 units in a month through our sales channel. The KPIs we set might include:

The amount of traffic to our website.
The number of conversion rates that become buyers.
Jumlah average order value.
Once we have this data, we will analyze it:

If we see high traffic to the website but low conversion rates, this india phone data may indicate that visitors are not interested in our offer or there may be a problem with the checkout process.
If the average order value is low, we may need to offer additional products or packages to increase sales value.
Using these metrics, we can make adjustments to our action plans.

Maybe we need to improve our website content, or change our marketing strategy to attract more buyers.

Remember, these metrics not only help us measure success, but also provide insight into how we can improve and optimize our sales strategy.
