Don't Know the Solution

When you know your business is struggling, the next step should be to find a solution to solve the problem, right?
But the problem is, many founders don't know what the right solution is!
This is not an easy matter because if a business is not growing, it can be caused by many factors, and not all founders have enough experience or knowledge to identify the best solution.
So, why don't you know the solution, and what actually happens when you try to solve a problem without a clear direction?

Sometimes, when a business is stuck, you'll notice that many things are wrong — sales drop, customers are less engaged, the team doesn't perform, marketing flops.
When so many problems come at once, you don't know which one to prioritize first.
You feel like you want to solve everything at once, but that's not an effective way.
This usually happens when you don't have clear priorities in business.
