Each manager has his own management style, formed on the basis of his individual characteristics. More or less accurately, it is possible to single out several of the most popular management styles. In fact, it is almost impossible to encounter a manifestation of one of the styles in its pure form. Moreover, each manager has the right to use the style that he considers most suitable for a specific situation, or to combine them, using, for example, an authoritarian-democratic management style.
The most popular is the classification of styles developed by Kurt Lewin. Back in the 1930s, the German psychologist identified 3 leading leadership styles: authoritarian, democratic and liberal.

We must not forget that the feeling of fear prevents people from working at full capacity, and this in turn affects labor efficiency.
