This type of letters is sent to subscribers automatically after they perform certain actions or, on the contrary, after a long period of inaction. They can be launched using CDP from the Dashamail service. If you use Amo.CRM or Bitrix24, you can install a ready-made integration module and automate the work using robots in your funnel in CRM.
Transactional and trigger emails
You can select several scenarios:
send an invoice in advance , a few uae email list days before the scheduled day. This is relevant for services with monthly payment. This is done in order to remind the subscriber about the end of the paid period;
payment reminder . Many consider it to be similar to an “abandoned cart”: for example, you have already issued an invoice, but there is still no payment. There can be many reasons: simply forgot to pay, went to competitors, a manager’s mistake, etc. Determine the period after which the subscriber will receive a reminder;
confirm receipt of the application . If the client left an application on the website, he will automatically receive this letter. You can tell about further actions and thank for the order;
Always ask for feedback on the product and service . Ask the customer to fill out a short questionnaire, leave a review.
