How to recognize it

Post by Maksudasm »

Constant dissatisfaction with everything, and complaints come in an aggressive form.

Sabotaging the work of other employees.

Unreasonable aggression towards colleagues and managers, outbursts of anger.

Disrespect for colleagues, superiors and clients.

How to work with such people?

Aggressive behavior of employees advantages of using our skype database is fraught with big problems for business. Such behavior must be nipped in the bud. If possible, it is better to fire such an employee altogether. If this is not an option, use these recommendations:

Put the question bluntly and ask such an employee to express his ideas. Let him prepare a written list of his proposals for reorganizing the business, managing personnel, increasing sales or department work.

Suggest that he change his line of work, send him to improve his qualifications, offer the help of a corporate psychologist (very tactfully, of course).

If none of this helps, it's probably not worth the time to treat this type of toxicity. It might be cheaper for the company to find a new employee.

"False" boss
If we talk about advantages, then, as a rule, such employees are smart, competent, and understand many issues. They have been working in the company for a long time, know what and how it is organized here, have known the manager for a long time and therefore believe that they are allowed to do a lot.

On the downside, this is a person with a huge ego, constantly interfering in all matters, wanting to insert his comments. Such an employee cannot work well with colleagues, believing that no one can complete the task better than him. Often, "false" bosses treat colleagues with great disdain.

"False" boss

How to recognize?

Such employees like to point out the incompetence of their colleagues. It seems that they really like losers.

They believe that they are always right and like to do things their own way.

They have quite a wicked sense of humor.

They cannot work in a team and underestimate the professionalism of their colleagues.

They do not accept criticism directed at them because they do not believe that they could be wrong.

Very powerful.

How to work with such people?

Many managers try to get rid of such employees, but they can be given a chance, because they are really very smart:

If possible, limit the team's communication with such an employee. Do not provoke scandals.

Trust him to complete very difficult tasks. If he fails, you can tell him publicly. If he succeeds, increase the difficulty and praise him.

You can try to promote such an employee so that while completing new tasks he does not have time for squabbles.

Look for the strengths of such an employee and direct them in a constructive direction.
