Hi, I'm Nadya, and I'm the head of marketing at Email Soldiers. : blog, social media, SEO, targeted advertising - everything is as usual. But this year we decided to go beyond the standard approach and try something new. So we iraq email list made an offline newsletter. But let's take it one step at a time.
Where did the idea for the newsletter come from?
At Email Soldiers, we set goals using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, which we adapt to our specific needs and characteristics. OKR is a goal-setting method in which 3-5 (if I'm not mistaken) main goals are set - objectives, which are specified by indicators - key results. We plan OKR for periods of four months.
At some point, we decided that for our marketing we could try an approach where we set only one goal - usually a service release. Accordingly, we collect key results for it, and build all the work around this release plus routine.
