Step 1: Select a provider
WhatsApp Business API is not provided for self-service connection. You will need a provider that will provide you with access to this platform. There are two types of provider companies that you can work with:

Step 2 : Contact the selected intermediary company
Once you have selected a provider , contact them for more information and to begin the connection process. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and a form to fill out.
Step 3: Filling out the form and company verification
Fill out the form provided by the provider. The form may ask you to provide information about your company, its activities, contact information, and other important details. After filling out the form, the intermediary company will verify your company on Facebook.
Step 4: Verify your phone number
WhatsApp requires verification of the phone number that will be used for business communication.
Step 5 : Register HSM Message Templates (optional)
If you need to send messages to your customers first, you can register HSM message templates. HSM (Highly Structured Messages) are pre-approved message templates that comply with WhatsApp rules. They allow you to create structured and personalized messages.
Step 6 : Getting Started
Once you have completed all the previous steps, you will be ready to start working with WhatsApp Business API. You will be able to communicate with your customers, provide support, send notifications and use other features.
