Ethical dilemmas in marketing can be endless, starting literally from the ethical definition and from daily life in the real sector, given that being human, having different backgrounds, cultures, thoughts, ideas and ideals, for some people something may be unethical, for others it may be unethical and for others it may be ethical . Competition protection seeks to protect a set of efforts developed by a group of people or companies in order to ensure effective participation in the market for goods and services in a given market. This is done in order to encourage companies to seek greater efficiency, product quality and variety of prices or lower prices, under the principle of free competition and freedom in the economy (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, 2008).
