Semantic search is making great strides at Google. The Search Profile Cards allow people to register as an entity with Google , independent of Wikipedia and Wikidata entries .
The Search Cards as entry into the Knowledge Graph for everyone
My guess is that Google's goal with Search Profile Cards is to further expand the Knowledge Graph or at least an entity catalog with personal entities.
A knowledge database such as the Knowledge Graph bolivia phone number data must meet the requirement of providing a complete overview of the world's knowledge. As explained in the article The role of natural language processing for data mining, entities & search queries, natural language processing plays a central role here. But not every entity is mentioned in freely available sources. This is especially true for entities of the type "person". Up to now, entities have primarily been recognized via Wikipedia or Wikidata.

The possibility of presenting oneself in one's own knowledge panel may be very tempting for many users, especially content producers and publishers. This motivation enables Google to identify person entities with associated attributes such as name , location , description and profession . Verification takes place using one's own smartphone. This gives Google a new lever to advance the identification of entities (named entity recognition).
