2. LACK OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Post by zihadhasan010 »

To sell a product, we need to have knowledge about the product. We need to know the product, know who needs the product . If we don't have all of these, when customers ask, how can we answer? Customers don't believe us, so how can they buy.

Take the time to study the product first. List the benefits, features and USP of the product. Explain, if possible, try it first. Become an expert, then customers will trust you and it will be easier to close sales!

3. UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT
This is the most dangerous! Who likes a seller who is not portugal phone data friendly. If you want to do business, you have to be customer-friendly. It's not like when a customer asks, we just answer with a few words, because we're too lazy to serve them. That's rude!

There are sensitive customers, there are hot-tempered ones. We make a little mistake, they immediately go viral. It doesn't matter if it looks bad for our brand's reputation.

Ideally, we need to have an attitude of empathy, respect, and build good relationships with customers . This way, only then will customers come back again and again!
