These are the steps to achieve your goals by following the set timeline.

You need to know:

When to launch your campaign?
When to do certain activities such as giveaways
Webinars, contests, etc.
When to stop or review your campaign.
For example,

If you want to launch a campaign in January 2024.

Maybe in December 2023, you can create a teaser or hype up your campaign with interesting posts on social media.

In January 2024, you can create a giveaway or promo code to attract customers.

In February 2024, you can hold a webinar or live session to share beauty tips with your products.

In March 2024, you can run a contest or survey to get feedback from customers.

Don't understand? Okay.. imagine you have a cake business.

Your marketing roadmap might look something like this:

January – March: Preparation Phase

Objective: Introduce your cake brand.
Action: Teaser on social media, hold a new cake tasting contest, and send cake samples to local events.
KPI: Get 500 new followers and 100 positive feedback.
April – June: Launch Phase

Objective: Launch a limited edition chocolate lava cake.
Action: Create a live cooking show on IG, collaborate iran phone data with food bloggers, and offer special promotions.
KPI: Sell 1000 cakes in the first month.
July – September: Implementation Phase

Objective: Maintain momentum and increase sales.
Action: Hold a baking class, start a loyalty program, and do a flash sale.
KPI: Increase sales by 20% from the previous phase.
October – December: Expansion Phase

Objective: Expand the market and increase product variety.
Action: Open new branches, launch new cake flavors, and collaborate with famous cafes.
KPI: Open 2 new branches and get 2000 sales of new flavored cakes.
Each phase in this roadmap has its own goal and you need to make sure all your marketing activities are in line with that goal.
