It has long been known in SEO circles that headings are an important building block when it comes to getting websites to rank higher in search engines. Headings are weighted as a ranking factor, which is why it makes sense to include important terms that you want to rank for in them. Within certain limits, of course.

In order for search engine bots to be able to recognize headings as such, they must be properly declared as H tags in the HTML source code, i.e. as H1, H2, etc. Some time ago, John Müller from Google went into the topic of "headings" in more detail in a Webmaster Hangout. He said that information in headings helps Google to better understand the content of the page. At the same time, he pointed out that headings are of course not the only ranking factor. Google also understands the content of individual paragraphs better if they each have a heading. Headings can even help Google to better classify the content of images thematically.
You should note this

Always ensure that your pages are aimed at your rcs data israel visitors first and not at search engines. Avoid pointless strings of important terms ("keyword stuffing"), because that will not help you with your visitors or search engines. For each important page, select 2-3 terms that are relevant to them and limit yourself to these. The rule here is: less is more in some cases. Now for the tips: Divide your page into a main heading and at least one subheading. The more extensive the page, the more subheadings are useful.

Put your most important term in the main heading H1. Mention it as far forward as possible in the heading so that it is given more weight. Mention your terms no. 2 and 3 once each in a suitable H2 subheading. Also put your most important term again in one of the H2s. Distribute the terms across the subheadings so that they also fit the respective paragraph. Don't try to force the inclusion of terms if they don't fit. This will not only be noticed by your visitors, but also by many search engines. The latter will then ignore your attempt. In this case, simply refrain from mentioning the term in a heading. If a page is very long and many subheadings are used, you can use your terms more often. But, as mentioned, pay attention to the proportionality and the benefit for the comprehensibility of the page content.
