Don't forget that you are not always a consultant

Post by shaownhasan »

A bricklayer is not a bricklayer 24 hours a day, just as an architect is not a bricklayer 7 days a week. Those people are also fourth-rate footballers, amateur dancers, brothers, readers, mothers, cake design enthusiasts and so on. To be a good marketing consultant you have to remind yourself from time to time that you are not just that, and therefore put your mind on hold to enjoy some free time , or to return to 'real' life. Make sure that your work remains a passion, not a persecution: in this way you can really do it at your best, with a smile (when possible!).

3# Think about the value for the customer
Project after project, in the routine that often takes shape in the life of a marketing consultant, it is easy to lose sight of the route, or rather, the North Star that should always be in front of us. And so we end up working growth of the overseas chinese in canada without a precise objective, or perhaps working looking at the wrong goal.

What is the main objective of the consultant? To ensure real value to their clients through their skills and experiences.

Having this in mind allows us to work better and more pleasantly (and probably with less stress).

4# Think of the right questions
We are used to looking for the solution to every problem directly, and therefore to focus on the winning answer to give. Many consultants greatly emphasize this aspect, turning into real automatic distributors of answers for their respective clients. But this is not always what clients need. In the most complex matters, even before working to provide an answer to the client, it is necessary to take a step back and look for the right questions . What is the point of giving a correct answer if the starting question is wrong or senseless?
